ACTIVE INTERNET INFORMATION STRUCTURE [IAI]

    a multimedia information structure concerning a Complex Issue, modeled and edited continuously by a multi-person editorial team that combines information from mass media with information from experts in various fields of science;

  • its goal is to create a full description of an important problem by discussing it through all the Reference Points existing in collective consciousness and by drawing on scientific knowledge.
  • AISI is dual-functional: on the one hand, it aims to provide up-to-date information from the world of science on the Complex Issue; on the other, to create a platform for social dialogue that makes it possible to reach consensus, that is, to illuminate the problem from all points of view.
  • AISI uses various forms of communication (e.g. text, graphics, film, …), choosing the most effective route for conveying a given content.
  • As an information structure, it can be read in different ways—starting from: a/ source content from mass media, b/ an analysis of the essence of the problem (reading according to the editorial arrangement), c/ keyword search.
