NEXUS – UNTANGLING NETWORKS OF MEANING

INTEGRATED ACTIVE INFORMATION

I propose embedding a new structure into our information network,
thanks to which we will be able to check → to what extent intersubjective realities obscure real reality from us.
Contemporary information networks are overloaded with fictional conventions, which severely disrupts the exchange of information about the world around us. Humanity can and should see the world more objectively than it does at present. For this to happen, the time in which important information reaches the collective consciousness must be shortened.
Myths, or in other words intersubjective realities, are the foundation of our information networks. These realities are built on our collective beliefs, prejudices, fears, and dreams. Myths have essentially always been present in human consciousness. They enabled our species to cooperate on a vast scale, which distinguishes Homo sapiens from other living beings.
However, they carry with them a small inconvenience: a delay in the spread of truth about the reality we are discovering. They prevent societies from seeing and understanding reality based on truth in real time, that is, immediately when it is discovered. Many important discoveries have reached human collectives with a delay of several years, decades, and sometimes even centuries.
Until the twenty-first century, we could afford such delays in receiving the truth about the world around us. Now the situation has changed.
For modern civilization to function properly, every day matters, so we probably cannot afford such a long delay, because it may lead to various catastrophes. Our information network obviously cannot survive without foundations, so we cannot demolish them, but we can rebuild them.

 In order to improve our communication network, I have designed an information structure that may tilt the balance in favor of truth, that is, the most objective description of reality.
Perhaps it can even be expanded to the scale of an information technology.

Why do we need this technology?

Synthetic Collective Intellect is intended primarily to support the individual human intellect, which is unable to organize the enormous amount of information flowing through our information network.

What does it consist of?

This technology organizes our information resources in a new way. It does not divide them into scientific disciplines.  SCI databases select and organize vast amounts of data, dividing them into the analyzed problems ongoing within its network.
 And most importantly:
they assign the scientific knowledge necessary to understand these problems according to its usefulness.
All analyses processed in its databases
 connect into one logically active structure,
that is, into the
Synthetic Collective Intellect.
